You are prompted to click at two points. The arrowhead will appear at the first of these. As with lines, an associated transparent button is created in the left margin, and clicking on that button will recreate the arrow. For a full discussion, see the STRAIGHT LINE… command. The DOTTED ARROW… command, which draws an arrow, is of course very different from the ARROW command, which creates an arrow-shaped button.
